Consciousness of Awakened Health
“She is the Lady of 10 Thousand Names, the Giver of Life, the Goddess of Great Magic and Divine Healing, She is the Lady of the Words of Power, the Lady of Green Crops and the Mistress of the House of Life. She is the Lady of the North Wind, She is the Brilliant One in the Sky, She is the One Who is All, She is Goddess Isis.”
We close this year with the release of a new Guided Meditation, Journey with Goddess Isis, House of Awakened Health. Very pleased to present this healing journey with the Goddess . . .
Last year around this time I was sick, I had one of those cold – flu bugs that were going around, just in time for the holidays – and it was a bit bah humbug to say the least.
A friend of mine, Candy Eaton sent Isis to me for healing and indeed the Lady did bless me with a visit. I was very awed by the tremendous love and healing grace of the Goddess and as a result I felt very inspired to work with Isis for a healing meditation. Other meditations were on the production schedule, but I made a date with Goddess Isis and so we did finally connect in September to begin working on a healing journey.
As you may know, I have already released a meditation focused on health and healing featuring Archangel Raphael. When I began working with Isis, I set my intention that we would create something very different from the Journey with Archangel Raphael. The meditation with Raphael is a journey providing platforms to realize good health and well being and is a comprehensive – all encompassing healing session with the Archangel.
The Isis meditation is quite different. The healing journey with Goddess Isis is all about empowering the listener, providing platforms for the listener to claim their power of personal healing. The Goddess guides and supports the listener to Awaken their Consciousness of Divine Vitality, to realize and activate their own healing abilities. The Journey with Goddess Isis has several Awakening Exercises, including a Chakra Awakening Exercise, which gently awakens, opens, and raises the vibration within the 7 main chakra centers. The Goddess also offers to awaken the listener’s Power of Personal Healing and the listener’s Healing Intuition. Working with Goddess Isis on the meditation, she focused on recognizing and honoring the physical body for being a chosen vessel for this lifetime, allowing one to achieve this experience of physical life. Too often we take the physical body for granted. We use it and use it and expect the physical body to perform and support us at maximum capacity and too often our expectations exceed the care and maintenance that we provide for our physical body. We stuff our feet in pointed-high heeled shoes, often eat and drink that which doesn’t support our health and well being, we push ourselves at work and perhaps also at play, often without enough rest and then begrudge our body when it gets sick or breaks down in some capacity. Working with Goddess Isis I began to relate to my physical body in a whole new way. I actually began making amends to different parts of my body, including making amends to my knees for the wear and tear and lack of care and preventative maintenance that may have prevented the need for surgeries on both my knees in my early twenties. I started realizing how hard my body has worked to support me despite the lack of care and consideration due to the very vessel that allows me to exist here physically!
In addition to making amends to my physical body, when I would meditate the Goddess would guide me to send love and gratitude throughout my body, addressing not only the entire body but also directing love and gratitude to specific areas/body parts. I noticed the vibration within my physical body respond to this form of healing, responding to the healing power of love and gratitude, raising the vibration within my physical body.
This profound exercise was incorporated into the Journey with Goddess Isis mediation, guiding and supporting the listener to send the healing power of love and gratitude throughout the physical body.
I found Isis to be all about EMPOWERING the listener towards the realization of his or her own healing. Further recognizing and honoring the physical body, while utilizing our own healing intuition, Isis guides the listener to converse intuitively with the Higher Consciousness of the physical body. This exercise greatly empowers the listener to personally discern what the body needs to aid and support premium performance.
If you have ever wanted to sit down and have a chat with your physical body – or perhaps even have a serious discussion - well here is your chance! In the Journey with Goddess Isis mediation, the Goddess guides and supports the listener to make a general inquiry to the physical body, then to make specific inquiries relating to diet, exercise and sleep and also provides an opportunity to address any specific concern or issue with the physical body.
While there is an emphasis on the physical body, one of the main messages Isis brings through in this meditation is REMEMBERING that we are Divine Consciousness utilizing a physical body in order to achieve this experience of physical life. Our True Essence is Eternal, Everlasting Consciousness that vibrates within the Awareness of Divine Perfection.
Combining the Awareness that our True Essence is Eternal, Everlasting Consciousness that vibrates within the Awareness of Divine Perfection, with recognizing and honoring the physical body as a chosen vessel and claiming our own power of personal healing provides a platform to realize the Consciousness of Awakened Health.
A tremendous blessing to this journey was incorporating in the soundtrack the Frame Drum played by my friend Candy Eaton along with my husband Dirk on the didgeridoo.
I had an opportunity to hear these two instruments played together at a drum circle over the summer and found the combination to be extremely meditative, healing and deeply resonated with this for the Isis meditation. Candy and Dirk agreed to record a track for the journey with Isis and the result was pure magic! I am very excited to share this with you on the CD - the frame drum and digeridoo are the perfect expression for the Awakening Exercises and offer profound sound healing benefits to the listener.
The Journey with Goddess Isis provides a platform to connect directly with the Goddess, including space to ask Isis questions or receive a message from the Goddess related to any topic or issue.

As we close this calendar year, many may be contemplating of how to bring in the New Year, how to set intentions and manifest for 2011.
