Greetings Friends! Happy New Year! Taking it to a Whole New Level with Archangel Michael!
We are very pleased to announce our new release, Meditations with Archangel Michael, three complete meditations with Archangel Michael on one album, now available on CD and MP3.
We released the original “Journey with Archangel Michael” Guided Meditation CD in 2007 and this was the second CD we produced and released for distribution. In the last four years we have produced over 20 CD’s and have learned and grown throughout the process of production. In these four years we have also undergone a great deal of personal change and growth, lending new perspective and awareness that is reflected in my writing/work.
As many artists do, I decided to re-master a few of my early releases, bringing the old material to a new level, and in some cases, as it has been with the Michael CD, creating and producing an entirely NEW composition.
As with the new Blessings of Brigit CD, II wanted to create the new Meditations with Michael as a multi meditation track album, with new music, new material and greater scope of healing with the Archangel. The tracks range from 23 to 30 minutes, allowing for a detailed, comprehensive journey in a relatively short length of time.
As I began to work with Archangel Michael, I realized the material and energy of this meditation album would be different than any other meditation that I had previously created. While the format will be familiar to those who have experienced my meditations, many new techniques were introduced in the new Michael Meditations.
Literally breathing new life, breathing a new level of healing into the new Meditations with Archangel Michael . . .
Last year I integrated Kundalini Yoga into my personal fitness program and I was really inspired by the amazing breath work done in this yoga practice. For those of you who are familiar with me and my work know that using our breath for releasing and healing and for energizing our intentions plays a predominate role in my meditations.
While I have always found very affective working with my breath by bringing the inhalation through my nose and releasing the exhalation through my mouth, the breath work I have been learning in Kundalini Yoga, takes the healing power of breath to a whole new level! In the Yoga practice I have been doing, both the inhalation and exhalation are done through the nose. Often there is long, deep breathing in and out of the nose and sometimes the breath is held at the inhalation for a short period and then held again after the exhalation.
For those of you who practice yoga are no doubt familiar with these breathing techniques including breathing the “Breath of Fire” which entails short, rapid inhalations and exhalations through the nose. I was first introduced to the “Breath of Fire” via a Mudra practice that I do by Sabrina Mesko. So I was already a familiar with the awesome energy of breathing the Breath of Fire, and then deepened my experience with this breath work through my new practice of Kundalini Yoga.
As I began working with Archangel Michael, I felt very guided, inspired and supported to integrate yoga type breathing techniques into the new material. Combining yoga breath work along with color therapy, powerful visual imagery and of course the angelic grace of Archangel Michael really took the vibration of these meditations to an entirely new level.
Track One is “The Sacred Self, Sacred Purification and Sacred Shielding.” This track is dedicated to utilizing high vibration breath work, color therapy and healing imagery along with the angelic support of Archangel Michael to ground, clear your chakras, clear, strengthen and shield your aura, harmonizing your body, mind and spirit to the empowered grace of your Sacred Self. This is a wonderful meditation for those who are sensitive to external energy and for those who wish to raise their vibration and realize a higher state of consciousness.
Track Two, “Attuning to Dynamic Action, Follow Through and Finish” ~ Are you ready to complete a project? Do you desire support with achieving a specific goal? Would you like to be motivated and inspired, enabling you to move forward with confidence and clarity, successfully completing your goals and aspirations? If you answered YES to any of these questions, this Meditation with Archangel Michael is for you! This track provides a platform to work directly with Archangel Michael, receive guidance relating to your important projects, clear blockages and energize and attune your awareness to take dynamic action, follow through and successfully finish your important projects and goals.
Track Three, “Angel Blessings with Archangel Michael” is a beautiful meditation with Archangel Michael, blessing your life, blessing your loved ones and blessing the earth. Michael supports you in clearing all forms of stress from your body, mind and spirit attuning your awareness to love and grace. This is a perfect meditation to start your day on a high note! It’s a really “feel good” meditation, lifting your spirits and raising your vibration, blessing your life and blessing your loved ones and blessing the planet! This meditation includes the blessing of the Circle of Archangels, surrounding you with Archangels to guide, protect, love and inspire you throughout your day.

Archangel Michael helps us to remember our inner power, remember our True Self and supports us to return to our natural and true state of empowered grace.

New Year’s Day 2012 Huntington Beach, CA |

For several years now, on New Year’s Day, Dirk and I go to the beach to celebrate the New Year with Goddess Yemaya. We bring food and instruments and practice personal ceremony on the shore. We honor and release energy from the year that has just ended and set our intentions and goals for the New Year. The sea gulls never fail to join our New Year celebration and these ambassadors of shoreline magic will actually create a circle around us, helping to hold sacred space! Every year that we have practiced this New Year celebration with the Ocean Mother Yemaya, we almost immediately begin to experience the blessings we petitioned through the Goddess.
A Goddess of the New Year, Yemaya is celebrated in Brazil on New Year’s Eve with candles, flowers, food and a variety of other offerings, people gather on the shore petitioning the Goddess to grant their wishes and to bring them blessings for the New Year. My experiences with Goddess Yemaya have been so loving and beautiful and always bring tremendous blessings that I very much wanted to create a meditation that provides a platform to connect with Yemaya, allowing for a similar New Year Shoreline journey as Dirk and I personally practice.
The Journey with Goddess Yemaya, Blessing the New Year meditation allows the journey to encompass celebrating and blessing the New Calendar Year, or to be utilized for commemorating a birthday or special anniversary or for ANYTIME you wish to clear the past and start anew.
